What you need to do

This is mandatory in order to accept your device(s) once they are sent to us.

How to Ship the Instrument
You can use our shipping service via FEDEX courier.
We will schedule the pickup directly at your address and handle all the required documentation.
Service cost:
- Italy : €12,00
- Europe: €25,00
- Non-EU Countries: €35,00
Maximum package dimensions: 25 × 16 × 6 cm.
If you prefer to use your own courier, you are responsible for providing all the necessary documentation.
Please note:
For shipments from outside Europe, if you use your own courier, it is important to ensure that the customs clearance is not handled by Poste Italiane.
Additionally, the shipment must be declared as a temporary export in order to avoid import customs duties.
Prisma Electronics will not accept or clear any packages for which customs duties are due as a result of incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the sender.
Please send your product in secure and protective packaging, along with a printed copy of the form you submitted (which you should have received by email).
Evaluation and Repair
- The PRISMA ELECTRONICS Service Centre will evaluate your product and send you a quotation.
- The repair process of your product will start after payment.
- If the evaluation proves that PRISMA ELECTRONICS is responsible for the problem of the product under warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT
The PRISMA ELECTRONICS Service Centre will send the repaired or replaced product to your shipping address.
