Placing an Order

All orders will follow the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase. All modifications will be effective immediately unless specified otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and accept the terms before any purchase.
Placing an order on Prisma Electronics does not constitute a binding contract. Prisma Electronics reserves the right to cancel the order in case of technical errors, incomplete payment, typographical errors, or other similar situations. Once your order is registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
If your order is successfully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Prisma Electronics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any modifications will be published on our website. Customers can always consult the latest version of the terms and conditions on the website. In case of significant changes that affect consumer rights, customers will be informed and have the option to cancel the contract according to legal provisions.

Shipping

Prisma Electronics ships products worldwide.
Delivery times vary between 24 and 48 hours, and you will receive an online tracking link to monitor your order's delivery status.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur during high-demand periods and holidays.
Products will be delivered to the address provided on the order form via our courier, FedEx.
Once the products are handed over to our courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email, provided you have supplied an email address on the order form.

All prices displayed on our site are in Euros (€).
Prices are shown without VAT.

Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

Prisma Electronics provides a legal warranty on products in accordance with current Italian regulations. For consumers (B2C), the warranty is 24 months, as established by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code). For business-to-business purchases (B2B), the warranty is 12 months unless otherwise specified in the contract. Prisma Electronics guarantees that the products comply with the descriptions in the catalog and online. Any non-conformity must be reported within the terms outlined in Article 132 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005.

For consumer purchases (B2C), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receipt by a designated person, as per Article 52 of the Consumer Code.

Return Conditions:

  • The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, using a clear communication expressing the decision to return the product.
  • Goods must be returned to Prisma Electronics within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
  • Refunds will only be made if the returned product is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • According to Article 67 of the Consumer Code, the customer bears the shipping costs for returning the goods to Prisma Electronics unless the product is defective or the order is incorrect (warranty return). In such cases, shipping costs will also be refunded.
  • The right of withdrawal provides that the original shipping costs are refunded, while the return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Warranty Conditions

Shipping costs vary based on the cause of the problem and liability, distinguishing cases of non-conformity (covered by the warranty) and customer-caused damage (not covered by the warranty). Here's the breakdown:

1. Product Non-Conformity (covered by warranty)

  • Shipping costs: In the case of a non-conformity attributable to the manufacturer (e.g., manufacturing defect or a fault not caused by misuse or accidental damage), shipping costs for returning the product and sending the repaired or replacement product are covered by the company.
  • Reimbursement of shipping costs: Initially, shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility. However, if it is determined that the repair falls under warranty, the company will reimburse the shipping costs according to the method agreed upon with the customer.

2. Customer-Caused Damage or Malfunction (not covered by warranty)

  • Shipping costs: If the product issue is due to misuse, accidental damage, or tampering by the customer (e.g., drops, exposure to unsuitable conditions, unauthorized opening), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs duties for returns from outside the EU: For returns from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import fees are also the customer’s responsibility.
  • Paid repairs: In these cases, in addition to the shipping costs, any costs for repairing the product will be charged to the customer, in accordance with a repair estimate that the customer can accept or decline.
  • Return of the unrepaired product: If, after receiving the repair estimate, the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, they will still be responsible for covering the costs for returning the unrepaired product. These costs include shipping fees and, in the case of international shipments, any applicable customs duties and import fees.

 

Product Pickup Service

Prisma Electronics offers a product pickup service, arranging pickup with its courier and providing the customer with a shipping label. In this case, if it is determined that the repair is not covered by the warranty, the pickup costs will be charged to the customer.

VAT-Free Purchases on Our Site

If you are VAT-registered in an EU member state and have a VAT registration number, you may submit this VAT registration number to purchase from the Prisma Electronics online store, provided that the requirements set out in the VAT Registration Agreement are met.
