SP Racing chooses Prisma Electronics for the Italian GT Championship, GT Cup Europe and Porsche Mobil1 SuperCup

Prisma Electronics is proud to announce a technical partnership with SP Racing, active in the Italian GT Endurance and Sprint Championship, GT Cup Europe and selected races of the Porsche Mobil1 Supercup. This collaboration marks a key step forward in the development and refinement of measurement instruments dedicated to GT vehicles.

Shared development and feedback from the track

SP Racing will use and test on track the most advanced Prisma Electronics instruments for measuring tire pressure and temperature, two critical parameters in tire management—especially in Endurance racing.

Thanks to direct feedback from SP Racing engineers, Prisma Electronics has improved key functionalities of its HPM5 line, including the new PitStop function, which allows automatic logging of balancing pressures quickly and accurately, reducing time lost during PitStops — a decisive advantage in endurance racing where every second counts.

Innovation for GT cars

The partnership with SP Racing goes beyond trackside application: it is part of a broader project to develop new instruments dedicated to GT vehicles, leveraging Prisma Electronics’ expertise in professional motorsport across both two and four wheels.

Thanks to SP Racing’s participation in multiple series, this collaboration becomes a technical proving ground where technology, precision, and passion come together to deliver ever more advanced and reliable instruments, designed with and for motorsport professionals. International series like the Porsche Mobil1 Supercup strengthen Prisma Electronics’ presence in highly demanding technical environments.
