Prisma Electronics on Track at Mugello and Misano to Test the New 2025 Instruments

During the final two rounds of the Open GT Championship, held at the Mugello Circuit and the Misano Circuit, Prisma Electronics hit the track with a car to directly test its new products for 2025.

“All our instruments are tested during race weekends before being released to the market. A feature that seems perfect in the lab may prove useless on the track. On the other hand, in specific scenarios, such as in the pit lane during tire pressure adjustments, functionalities that may initially appear unnecessary turn out to be crucial in those moments.”

These are the observations of Pascal Cardinale, CEO of Prisma Electronics, who, on this occasion, donned his racing suit once again.

One of the strengths of Prisma Electronics’ instruments is their versatility, with a wide range of products that can adapt to every motorsport category. From karting to Formula 1 in four-wheel racing, and from minimotos to MotoGP in two-wheel competitions, Prisma Electronics tools are trusted across disciplines. Testing all functionalities in various categories is essential to ensure the development of reliable and useful products for racing teams.

During the two race weekends, we focused on the Localization and Data Download functionalities via the app. Thanks to the support of the team, we optimized the procedures for downloading and sharing data from various sessions.

Additionally, during the two weekends, we tested prototypes for measuring parameters related to vehicle setup. In 2025, Prisma Electronics aims to continue developing new instruments for GT car
