N.B. For shipments from outside Europe, if you use your own courier service, it is important to check that the customs clearance procedure should not be entrusted to Poste Italiane. Customs duties are paid by the customer.
Send us your product in a sturdy package together with a copy of the form you sent us (which you should have received by email).

If you want to, we can send our courier to withdraw your instrument directly to your address.

- Outside EU: € 35.00

WHAT WE WILL DO

Evaluation and Repair

- The PRISMA ELECTRONICS Service Centre will evaluate your product and send you a quotation.

- The repair process of your product will start after payment.

- If the evaluation proves that PRISMA ELECTRONICS is responsible for the problem of the product under warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT

The PRISMA ELECTRONICS Service Centre will send the repaired or replaced product to your shipping address.
