What you need to do

  1. Fill in the online form with all the required information and, if necessary, a photo of the problem.
    This is mandatory in order to accept your device(s) once they are sent to us.

    • For shipments fromoutside Europe,if you use your own courier service, it is important to check that the customs clearance procedure should not be entrusted to servicio de Correos de Italia.
      Send us your product in a sturdy package together with a copy of the form you sent us (which you should have received by email).

What we will do

  • Evaluation and Repair
    • The PRISMA ELECTRONICS Service Centre will evaluate your product and send you a quotation.
    • The repair process of your product will start after payment.
    • If the evaluation proves that PRISMA ELECTRONICS is responsible for the problem of the product under warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  • Receipt of your product
    • The PRISMA ELECTRONICS Service Centre will send the repaired or replaced product to your shipping address.
  • Shipping costs:
    • Europe: 25,00 €
    • Extra EU: 35,00 €

* If you want to, we can send our courier to withdraw your instrument directly to your address.
